For our Tahoe Donner Mountain Home, the minimum "weekend" stay in January, February, March, July, and August for reservations more than one month in advance is 4 nights. This does not apply to our Condominiums at the Resort At Squaw Creek.  Beyond a great vacation place, our condos are convenient for attending Resort at Squaw Creek weddings and conventions. In order to keep our prices low, we cannot provide any refunds within 6 weeks of an arrival date; even for road closures, extreme weather and other conditions due to nature.

We now have a Beachfront, Beach level Villa located at the Turtle Bay Resort in Hawaii.  It has 4bd/3ba, 2 master suites with direct ocean views, and is just steps from the sandy beach, ocean swimming cove, and swimming pool .
